1) Sit down on the ground with your legs stretch out.
2) Place your right foot on your left thigh.

4) Lightly place your hands atop f your knees.
5) Close your eyes and relax for 5-7 minutes while holding this position.
Virkshasana (Tree pose)
1) Stand straight in the upright position.
2) Bend your left leg at the knee and bring the sole of your left foot, in an upward position, over to your right inner thigh where it will rest.
3) Inhale and raise your arms up until your palms meet one another right above your head.
4) Maintain this pose for 10 seconds.
5) Now exhale and lower your arms and legs back to the start position.
6) Repeat the above steps for your right leg.
Downward facing dog
Downward facing dog is considered an extremely effective yoga exercise for beginners.
1) Make a table pose on all fours with knees under your hips and your hands directly under the shoulders.
2) Carefully move your hands forward, a few inches, and spread fingers wide. Your palms must be touching the ground.
3) Shift your weight onto your toes and gradually push your hips up in such a manner that your body takes the form of an inverted V.
4) Keep this pose for 10-20 seconds.
Warrior pose
1) Stand straight in the upright position with your legs spread 3-4 feet apart.
2) Turn your right foot forward, at 90 degrees, and slightly draw in your left foot, at 45 degrees.
3) Your front heel and back heel should be perfectly aligned with one another.
4) Reach upward using your arms and slowly shift your weight to your left foot.
5) Carefully tilt your head back while looking upward, at your hands.
6) Gaze at your right arm and keep this position for 30 seconds.
7) Then switch sides and do the same steps once again.
