If you’re looking for a quick and easy recipe that doesn’t take long to prepare, can feed an entire family and is healthy then you’ve hit the jackpot! Utensils:
- Nonstick Skillet
- Silicone Turner Head (you don’t want to scratch up your good skillet now do you?)
- Small bowl
- Fork
Key Ingredients:
- 4 cups Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup of Beef Broth
- 8 oz Beef Sirloin Tip
- 3 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Brown Rice
- 3 teaspoons of Cornstarch
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Optional Ingredients:
- ½ cup of finely chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon of Ground Ginger
- Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Minced Garlic
- Sea Salt
- Pepper
This recipe is so easy to follow you may even find yourself skipping ahead on the steps!
- Using the sea salt, pepper and garlic powder, season the meat to taste.
- Turn the stove on to medium heat.
- Coat your pan with Olive Oil Spray.
- Place the beef into the pan and cook until brown, using the Turner Head to stir and turn the meat occasionally.
- Remove beef from skillet and place on a plate to keep warm.
- Place broccoli and finely chopped onions into the skillet with half a cup of beef broth. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes max, stir occasionally.
- Mix the remaining half a cup of beef broth, cornstarch, ground ginger and brown sugar in a small bowl until smooth.
- Once broccoli and onions are finished cooking, add the cornstarch mixture from step 7 into the pan with it.
- Cook until the mixture starts to thicken.
- Return the beef into the skillet, mix together, and serve over brown rice drizzled with soy sauce.
